An injury or illness over the holiday season can present special challenges getting access to health care. At Providence we are here for you, offering multiple care options to meet your health care needs.

  • Virtual visits over your phone or other device in the comfort of your home. Providence ExpressCare Virtual is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is a great option for common illnesses in adults and children. Most insurance plans are accepted, and any necessary prescriptions are sent to the local pharmacy of your choice. Virtual visits are one of the least expensive options for receiving same-day care.
  • In-person care without an appointment. Providence Urgent Care is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 10025 S. Second Avenue in Walla Walla.   Providence Urgent Care offers non-emergency medical care seven days a week without an appointment. X-rays and lab tests also can be done on site. Providence Medical Group Urgent Care is the only walk-in clinic in Walla Walla certified by the Urgent Care Association of America. Most insurance plans accepted. Closed on major holidays.
  • Providence St. Mary Emergency Department, 401 W. Poplar St., Walla Walla. The Emergency Department is always open, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, for extremely serious illnesses or injuries such as heart attack, stroke, compound fractures, head injuries and trouble breathing. The department is staffed with physicians board-certified and residency-trained in emergency medicine. Nurses also receive special emergency training. Most insurance plans accepted.
