- Nothing changes for Providence Health Plan members, customers, or provider partners right now. Coverage continues for all current members and customers throughout 2026.
- Providence, with its hospitals and clinics, is a separate organization from Providence Health Plan. We will continue to provide care through our clinics, clinicians and hospitals.
- As new information about the health plan becomes available, details will be posted at ProvidenceHealthPlan.com.

Coverage will continue under Health Share, and be administered by CareOregon. | No member action is needed, options will be communicated by Health Share of Oregon in the coming months. |
| Employer coverage (fully insured and self-insured groups) |
2027 coverage options will be determined by your employer. | Your employer will share additional details during their open enrollment period. |

How can I plan ahead for insurance changes?

Read health insurance open enrollment and plan selection materials as they are provided to you. These are typically sent between August and October.

If you need to update your contact information or mailing address, please do so immediately by calling the number on the back of your ID card.

Check the provider network. Make sure your preferred clinics, doctors, specialists and hospitals are in-network for the plan you select. See insurance plans that Providence accepts.

Review changes to coverage. Check provider directories and compare deductibles, copays, coinsurance and out-of-pocket costs, in addition to monthly premiums.

Get local help. Contact your health insurer, employer benefits team or a licensed broker or advisor if you need help understanding your choices.
