In the news: TIME highlights CORE’s long COVID research

A recent article in TIME Magazine features research conducted by the Providence Center for Outcomes Research & Education (CORE) and the Providence Research Network into the condition known as long COVID.

In the article, “Long COVID doesn’t always look like you think it does,” health correspondent Jamie Ducharme highlights the challenges of detecting, diagnosing, and treating long COVID. 

CORE’s research into patient experiences with long COVID is featured in the article, along with comments by Keri Vartanian, Director of CORE. 

The peer-reviewed research described in the piece was published in September 2023 in the journal Scientific Reports
