We are honored to share these stories from the 2022 Annual Report of some of the inspiring individuals we had the privilege to serve last year, as well as some of the caregivers and community partners who helped us bring our Mission to more people in need.
In every region we serve across seven states, our teams found new and more equitable ways to bring needed care and services to our patients and our broader communities.
We are pleased to highlight a few of the many ways our regions are working to reduce disparities in health care.
