Providence is partnering with community organizations to bring COVID vaccinations and booster shots closer to places people live and work.

The sites below include Providence drive-thru clinics, community-based clinics where Providence is a partner, and Oregon Health Authority vaccine clinics. Clinics are walk-in, unless otherwise noted. All vaccines for eligible groups ages 5 and older are available. Some clinics are reserved for select groups; please watch the notes.

Please also note that Monday through Friday, most Providence Medical Group clinics in Oregon offer vaccinations, with children’s vaccinations available at select clinics. Call your clinic to schedule an appointment.
