Providence is partnering with community organizations throughout the greater Portland area to bring COVID vaccinations and booster shots closer to places people live and work.

All people are welcome, ages 12 and older. Children ages 5-11 can also be vaccinated now at some locations.

Please also note that Monday through Friday, most Providence Medical Group clinics in Oregon offer vaccinations, with children’s vaccinations available at select clinics. Call your clinic to schedule an appointment.

Drive-thru (appointment only)

The clinics below offer Pfizer for children ages 5-11 and Pfizer and Moderna for ages 12 and up. Call 971-326-8718 to schedule an appointment.
