This year, Covenant Health moved forward with purpose. We expanded life-saving capabilities, bringing advanced therapies like CAR T-cell treatment and restoring the region's only kidney transplant program—ensuring patients can receive extraordinary care close to home. We strengthened access through programs like Kite Flight, delivering critical care across one of the largest service areas in the country. Beyond our walls, we deepened our commitment to the communities we serve—expanding mental health access, supporting those facing financial hardship, and investing in partnerships that remove barriers to care. But our greatest strength is not found in programs or technology. It is found in our people. In the midst of all we've accomplished, I couldn't be more proud of our Covenant Health family—the grit, resilience, and unwavering passion our caregivers bring every day. They are the embodiment of our Mission, delivering on our promise to know me, care for me, ease my way. At the same time, we are navigating a rapidly changing healthcare environment. Financial pressures continue to challenge health systems across the country. These realities demand discipline in how we steward our resources—and creativity in how we continue to grow, innovate, and serve. Looking ahead, our path is clear: Expand access—especially for rural and vulnerable populations. Advance innovation that brings the highest level of care closer to home. Strengthen coordination to deliver a more seamless, patient-centered experience. We will meet this moment with focus, courage, and conviction. Because at Covenant Health, we are not just caring for today— we are building what care should be for tomorrow. With gratitude, Walter L. Cathey Chief Executive, Covenant Health Regional Chief Executive, Providence Message from the Chief Executive, "Caring forward means honoring where we've been—while boldly building what comes next." 2025 Annual Report Walter L.
