Rewards and Recognition
One of the requests from the Chief Executive
Caregiver Experience Advisor y Council was
to increase rewards and recognition for our
caregivers. As a result:
• Free meal tickets were provided to all caregivers
for several weeks, especially during pandemic
surges, to recognize ever yone for their
commitment to our ministries.
• We held several raffles throughout the year to
celebrate our caregivers. Raffle items included:

» 40 " T Vs
» Mac Book Air computers
» AirPods
» Gas gift cards
» iPads
Doctor's Day Celebration
In March, we celebrated our physician par tners to
thank them for the excellent care they provide to
our patients.
Caregiver Talents
Throughout the year we tr y to encourage our
caregivers to have fun – evidenced by the many
talented submissions at our annual Halloween
Pumpkin Car ving Contest.
