"Our shared commitment to Mission in service to our community and caregivers means that we are going to make decisions that support the greater good. Thus, Providence is structured so that Mission rises above the strongest of personalities and enables us to tap into the collective wisdom and strength of the broader leadership team which is worlds more powerful than that of any individual among us." John loves that it would be difficult for a ministr y to go sideways under this structure as this lets us skip the distractions and simply enjoy our careers focusing on doing what 's right. What John wants each of our caregivers to know is that he is a huge believer in advancing along our individual education path. For our caregivers who have been thinking about taking that next leap along their own path, he wholeheartedly encourages them to do so. John is more than happy to share his testimony and enthusiastic support with anyone who asks. John wholeheartedly encourages all caregivers who have been thinking about advancing along their educational path, to do so. Waffles has great teeth! Barney
