for Covenant Medical Group and Grace Clinic
patients aimed at promoting your well-being: free,
walk-in blood pressure checks! We're providing
this vital health assessment at two convenient
clinic locations within our community: Southwest
Diagnostic Clinic at 3801 50th St., and at Grace
Clinic located at 4515 Marsha Sharp Fwy.
Join us on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
from 1-4 p.m. at Southwest Diagnostic Clinic, or
Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., and Friday mornings 8 a.m. - noon at Grace Clinic to
take advantage of this opportunity. Our dedicated healthcare professionals will be on hand
to ensure your blood pressure is checked promptly and accurately. Please note you will be
seen by a member of our clinic staff and not a provider.
