Last Updated: 11/24/2020 Here are some of the steps we are taking to keep you safe: We'll have you get a COVID-19 test at one of our drive-thru testing locations prior to surgery. If you do test positive for COVID-19, we'll work with your surgeon to make sure your surgery is scheduled when it's safe for you. Your care team will wear masks and face shields when caring for you. They may wear other protective gear too, if it's needed. We've put special rules in place regarding visitors: • You may choose one visitor to come see you in the hospital. • All visitors must wear a mask at all times. • Visitors may not wander through the hospital. • Visitors must stay at least six feet away from others. • There are limited exceptions to this visitor policy for specific cases. •
