10 Meet Your Leadership teaM Sajid Sindha Executive Director, Strategy & Business Development, Coastal Service Area Sajid Sindha is a South Bay native where he worked at the Del Amo Mall for one of his first jobs and was a graduate of Narbonne High School before moving away for college. Some of his fondest childhood memories include fishing at the Redondo Beach pier and playing basketball at Lomita Park. He attended UC Irvine and received a BA in Economics, and obtained his MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Sajid serves as the Executive Director of Strategy and Business Development since November 2020 with responsibility to achieve programmatic growth of our clinical programs, identify new and significant business opportunities, and align with our Regional and Clinical Institute strategies. He enjoys working with our physicians and cross-functional teams to bring complex clinical programs to our South Bay community. Sajid is passionate about the mentorship of youth and has been a past mentor for 1st generation college students as well as the current Chief Mentorship Officer for the Healthcare Alumni of Anderson at UCLA. Sajid has three kids including two sons in college and one daughter in middle school. When not working, Sajid and his family enjoy hiking in Yosemite, Grand Canyon and Zion, and traveling. Sajid has visited 15 countries, including Bali, Malaysia, Costa Rica, Morocco and Turkey. Sajid enjoys working with our physicians and cross-functional teams to bring complex clinical programs to our South Bay community. Top of the Grand Canyon, North Rim.
