Torrance Opportunities – our priority areas to focus on: • The stress levels at work are usually manageable. • Throughout COVID-19, senior leadership demonstrates caregiver health and well-being as a top priority. • I am getting the support I need (from my supervisor, team, etc.) during this time. San Pedro Strengths – we should continue to build on these: • I am usually able to give compassion to people I work with (co-workers, patients, etc.) • I personally identify with the mission and our values. • I know what skills I need to develop to grow my career at this organization. San Pedro Opportunities – our priority areas to focus on: • My supervisor respects my ideas and opinions. • I feel physically safe working here. • Caregivers in this organization are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their position or background. CHIEF EXECUTIVE ADVISORY COUNCIL In response to the recent employee survey results, a Chief Executive Advisor y Council consisting of staff level caregivers has been created. The purpose of this council is to give caregivers a voice in developing the action plan to address the areas of opportunity.
