• Updated and re-introduced transplant checklist to bedside RNs, as
guide to help with post-transplant specific tasks on this patient
population.
• Provided education to OR and ICU regarding Pancreas/kidney
transplants.
• Telehealth Program Enhancement to allow patients to meet with
dieticians, social workers and/or financial coordinator remotely.
Organ Donation

• 10 donors resulting in 14 Gifts of Life, 41 gifts of sight and
2,100 gifts of healing though tissue donation.
• 2.99% Clinical Trigger Compliance.
• Platinum Recognition from the U.S. Department of Health
and Human Services for saving and improving lives by
promoting the lifesaving gift or organ donation.
