2024 SJO Foundation Sponsored Scholarship Nursing Recipients
In 2024, the SJO Foundation offered 10
scholarships to 39 outstanding
individuals—including 22 nurses. A total
of $119,900 was awarded in scholarships
in 2024, making it the largest amount
ever awarded.
Scholarships focus on professional
advancement in nursing and other
health-related fields, development of
nurse leaders, medical mission work and
more. Awardees were selected based on
specific criteria for the individual
scholarship offered.
