• Shared house-wide Healthcare-Associated Infections data with
multidisciplinary team on a bimonthly basis.
• Initiated and shared CLABSI/CAUTI drill down with the group.
• Reviewed best practice guidelines and system-wide protocols to
prevent HAIs and Multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs).
• Chair alarm vendor assessment completed in August 2024.
• Identified most falls occure while toileting and planned action
items, including chair alarm/toilet alarm vendor education based
off that data.
