• Achieved house-wide High Reliability Organization (HRO) Behaviors
and Error Prevention Tools attendance of 85% in 2024.
• Highlighted HRO behaviors and tools in the safety huddle flyers that
are distributed house-wide.
• House-wide implementation of Code Narrator documentation for
Code Blue documentation in EPIC
• Transition from in-house code white carts to Broselow Carts.
Collaboration with central supply to improve access to pediatric
weight-based equipment while also minimizing waste.
