Within 12 months of completing treatment, individuals can access outpatient rehabilitation ser vices through their insurance and a complimentar y four-month wellness program that includes fitness, nutrition and stress resilience initiatives. Together, these offerings help to address and improve the following: • Fatigue • Incontinence • Neurological deficits • Lymphedema assessment • Chronic pain management • Lung surger y recover y • General weakness and deconditioning • Pelvic floor rehab • Speech and swallow therapy • Cognitive impairment
