2 | Health Matters: Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center
Letter to the Community
A
cross our hospital system, 2024 is the year of
transformation and collaboration. While we've
undergone many changes over the past few
years at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical
Center, we are now settling into a new era. With
the Friese Family Tower opening this past fall, we
continue to focus on expanding and improving our
campus to create an even better patient experience.
In this issue you'll read about some exciting
developments. We showcase advancements in
minimally invasive spine surgery (MISS) through
the inspiring story of a patient who underwent
treatment for a complex spinal disorder. Additionally,
our expanded neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
enables our caregivers to better meet the needs of
babies requiring specialized care.
We take great pride in our accomplishments and
are excited about what lies ahead. Thank you for the
invaluable support we have received over the past
50 years. Your continued support has allowed us to
transform health care in this region, making Providence
Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center the destination
hospital for high-quality care in the West Valley.
We look forward to serving you for many more
years to come.
Nick Lymberopoulos, Chief Executive
