Letter to the Community
I
t's been a little over a year since I had the honor and privilege of taking
on the role of chief executive of Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana
Medical Center. While I have been serving this community for nearly 20
years, I continue to be inspired by our caregivers and new opportunities to
improve patient care. Despite the ongoing challenges of the pandemic and
construction, Providence Cedars-Sinai is here to bring your family the care
you need, close to home.
In this issue, you'll read about the latest update on our new patient
tower, the care women need at every stage of life and how robot-assisted
surgery is helping patients recover faster. In the year ahead, you can
expect to hear more about surgical innovations, new programs to improve
patient care and how we are giving back to the community outside the
walls of the hospital.
None of these efforts would be possible without the incredible team of
providers and caregivers here at Providence Cedars-Sinai. Whether you
are a patient, a current or former caregiver or simply our neighbor, we
consider it an honor to be your community hospital.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
Nick Lymberopoulos, Chief Executive
Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center
