Providence Milwaukie nurse travels to New York to help during pandemic

Kevin Pratt, a traveling registered nurse, picked up and moved to New York to help care for those who have tested positive for COVID-19. Although Oregon is home for Kevin, he answered the call to serve in one of the places in the United States impacted the hardest by the pandemic.

“It’s been rewarding in the sense that I feel like I’m contributing and able to use my skills out here. It’s been a good experience so far,” Kevin said.
