18 Tarragon Lemonade Ingredients Instructions 1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with the granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar fully dissolves. 2. While the syrup is still warm, add the chopped tarragon leaves to allow the tarragon flavor to infuse with syrup for about 15-20 minutes. Then strain the syrup. 3. In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice with the tarragon syrup. Add 6 cups of cold sparkling water and stir well in the pitcher. Add ice cubes in a glass and pour the tarragon lemonade with sprig of tarragon and lemon slices as a garnish. *May use non-carbonated water with syrup and refrigerate the lemonade to chill and add the garnish when ready to serve.
