Guidance for Weight Monitoring:
• Contact your healthcare provider if you have any concerns about weight gain and
fluid intake.
• Plan to eat 3 small meals and 3 small snacks throughout the day to maintain steady
energy and nutrition.
• Cook with heart-healthy oils such as olive oil, vegetable oil, safflower oil, or
grapeseed oil. All oils to be used in healthful moderation.
