This service has been years in the making and will allow patients to stay closer to home for advanced, life-changing care. One story that stands out this month is that of a nursing student who faced a life-changing diagnosis — a brain tumor — discovered while she was studying to join the profession. After receiving treatment at Covenant, she returned not just to finish her education, but to work alongside the very team that cared for her.
