Patient encounters: 46,879 Net benefit reported: $1,709,226 Dental Programs Includes a Fixed Dental Clinic, a Mobile Dental Clinic for adults and a Mighty Mouth mobile clinic for children. Patient encounters: 4,206 Net benefit reported: $67,358 Mobile Health Clinics Delivers health care and support services to community members at churches, day labor sites, permanent supportive housing, encampments and shelters. Patient encounters: 3,798 Net benefit reported: $891,767 Promotores de Salud Performs cardiac screenings and heart disease education in Sonoma County. Patient encounters: 1,571 Net benefit reported: $107,474 Supportive Housing Providence focuses on housing investments to favorably impact housing stability, mental health, substance use disorder, access to health care and health equity. We strive to serve and teach children, adults and families throughout Sonoma County—especially in low-income neighborhoods—how to be healthy so they are inspired to live their best lives possible. Based on the community needs assessment conducted by Providence hospitals every three years, we're proud to have funded the following programs in 2023.
