Dear PAMC Nurse Leaders,
I am pleased to share that late tonight, after two days of mediation, Providence Alaska Medical Center
(PAMC) and Alaska Nurses Association (AaNA) reached a recommended complete tentative agreement
on terms for a new contract covering PAMC nurses. AaNA will schedule a ratification vote and educate
their members about the terms of the tentative agreement.
Thank you to members of the PAMC and AaNA teams for their hard work throughout this process. After
the contract is ratified, Human Resources will schedule education sessions for leaders about changes to
the current contract language and processes.
