Short no ce pay The PAMC team pointed out to AaNA that when short no ce pay provisions are typically agreed to, it is because the employer has required someone to report to work with short no ce. PAMC nurses can always choose whether to pick-up a shi on short no ce (unless they are on-call). Given this decision is voluntary, short no ce pay does not seem warranted.
