Participate in all seven virtual training sessions for your chance to win a prize package. How to Participate: Track your miles each week by filling out and completing this form. Email your completed form to PHCPublicRelations@providence.org by April 30 and be entered in to win a prize package. Prize package winners will be selected on Saturday, May 1.
