Both coffee and wine have health benefits when consumed in moderation.
In a study with 2,000 adults, researchers found that drinking alcohol every
day, especially red wine, was related to improved mental function. Having
about five cups of coffee a day, instead of none, is related to a 30% lower
risk of Type 2 diabetes.
But too much of a good thing usually isn't a good thing. The Dietary
Guidelines for Americans recommends two alcoholic drinks or less
in a day for men, one drink or less in a day for women. If you drink
coffee and suffer from heartburn or gastrointestinal irritation,
you may be drinking too much.

Mental Health.
