neighborhoods in many parts of the region,
including much of Anaheim, Santa Ana and
Garden Grove, as well as parts of northern
Irvine. There are also a few neighborhoods
with concentrated poverty in San Juan
Capistrano, San Clemente, and Laguna
Niguel.
