This finding is largely driven by low unemployment for Latino and Asian American/Pacific Islander men and does not reflect the experience of Black men. Across the board, women of color have the lowest median hourly wages. College- educated women of color with a BA degree or higher earn $16 an hour less than their white male counterparts.
