Components of Fitness
There are components of fi tness that you need to make sure you are
including in your routine: strength training, fl exibility/mobility and
cardiovascular exercise. How you fi t these components in is up to you,
so choose what you enjoy!
Consistency
You live in a great city for living a healthy, active lifestyle! Spokane is a
community where you have access to many fun ways to incorporate
these components of fi tness into your schedule all year around!
Ask yourself: Do you enjoy being indoors or outdoors? Do you enjoy
exercising in a group setting or solo?
When you enjoy it, you will be more consistent, and consistency is key!
Accountability
Some people fi nd that the social aspect helps hold them accountable.
Accountability partners become your community of people who share
similar fi tness goals. Find your community! Many gyms offer free trials,
so you can to try them out to see what you think.
