you accountable and motivate you to get moving.
Create or maintain social support by:
• Setting up a buddy system
• Create friendly competition with others to complete
specified levels of physical activity (push-up challenge)
• Setting up walking groups to provide friendship and support
• Sending each other pictures of today's work out
