In December 2019 alone, the cash value of food donations amounted to $2,745. Highlights food vendor partnerships on a central bulletin board for caregivers to see all the local foods purchased such as bakery items, seafood, and produce. Composts food waste – 16.5 tons of food waste in the first three months of 2019 alone. Uses a high efficiency dishwasher, which was purchased through a grant of $25,779.83 from Lott Clean Water Alliance. The dishwasher saves 596,189 gallons of water and $35,771 per year.
