9 Occupational therapist: Team member who work with you to plan safe ways for you to complete your daily activities, such as bathing and dressing if needed. Respiratory therapist: Team member who may monitor and work with you to optimize your breathing after surgery. Social worker/ Case Manager: Team member who works closely with your care team to help you make decisions that are best and safest for your discharge, if needed. Dietician: Team member that may visit you during your stay in the hospital and is available upon request. They play a vital role by providing nutritional care to our patients. They will teach you how to make proper food choices in an effort to speed the recovery process and aid in maintaining a healthy life style. Spiritual care: We provide emotional and spiritual support regardless of personal and cultural beliefs, religious background, or spiritual practices.
