See a health care provider from the comfort of your home

Your safety is important to us.

We know this is a stressful time to be worrying about your daily health care needs. That's why we're pleased to announce that you can now meet face-to-face with your provider from the safety and comfort of your home using a smartphone, tablet or computer - for the same price as your standard office visit copay.

Call your doctor to see if a telehealth visit is right for you. Or visit us online.

Our primary care providers are available through live video to provide a diagnosis, treatment plan and, if needed, a prescription, while ensuring you receive the same excellent care you're accustomed to with your medical provider. There is an opportunity for telephone consultations and/or safe in-person visits as recommended based on physician guidelines.

How does a telehealth visit work?

  • Call your provider to schedule a telehealth appointment.
  • Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a MyChart (your patient portal) message with instructions on how to join the video call by computer or by downloading a secure app for your smartphone. You will be able to test your connection before your visit to be sure everything is working properly.
  • On the day of your appointment, click the link you receive 3-5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • A telehealth visit is the same cost as your standard office visit copay.

Thank you for trusting us to be your partner in health. We are here for you and remain deeply committed to ensuring safe, high-quality care for you and your family.
