Why some women are always cold

Research shows women tend to like the room temperature set to a balmy 77 degrees compared to the cooler 71degrees preferred by the men in the study. Maybe it’s a woman’s lower resting metabolism or her typically smaller size and muscle mass. Maybe it’s hormones. There are a number of valid reasons why some women are sensitive to cold.
